Odaily星球日报讯 美股上市公司 DDC Enterprise 创始人、董事长兼首席执行官 Norma Chu 朱嘉盈于股东信中表示，DDC 已向美国证券交易委员会提交了 5 亿美元 F-3 通用储架注册声明，此举旨在确保在出现有利机会时能够灵活高效地进入资本市场。 此外，该公司比特币愿景新目标为：到 2025 年底持有 10,000 枚比特币；三年内成为全球前三的比特币储备公司。 此前消息，Animoca Brands 与 DDC Enterprise 达成合作拟投入 1 亿美元支持其比特币财库。本月早些时候，该公司获得了高达 5.28 亿美元的转型资本承诺，目前已从 Anson Funds、Animoca Brands 和 Kenetic Capital 等知名合作伙伴处获得 5300 万美元的初始资金。
