智通财经APP讯，圣贝拉(02508)发布公告，招股章程所述超额配股权已于2025年7月23日获保荐人整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)部分行使，涉及合共1246.35万股股份，占全球发售项下可供认购的发售股份总数约11.36% (经计及发售量调整权获悉数行使后但于任何超额配股权获行使前)。
超额配发股份将由本公司按每股股份6.58港元发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于促使向 Primecare International Holdings Limited归还部分根据借股协议所借入用以补足国际发售项下超额分配的1645.95万股股份。
此外，根据香港法例第571W章《证券及期货(稳定价格)规则》第9(2)条，公司宣布，全球发售的稳定价格期已于2025年7月23日(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30天)结束。
