智通财经APP讯，华亿金控(08123)发布公告，于2025年7月22日(联交所交易时段后)，公司(作为卖方)与买方优势置业有限公司订立初步协议，据此，公司有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购买销售股份及销售贷款(分别为于完成日期目标公司华亿地产有限公司的全部已发行股本及目标公司结欠集团其他成员公司的所有未偿还集团内公司间贷款)，总代价为2900万港元。

根据初步协议，公司与买方亦已就租回安排达成有条件协议，据此，倘完成落实，公司或其一间附属公司将向目标公司租回该物业，期限为自完成日期起计两年，每月租金为 13万港元。

据悉，该物业为香港干诺道中64号及德辅道中133号中华厂商会大厦16楼及洗手间A及B。

公告称，出售事项将透过变现集团于该物业的投资以应对香港商业物业市场的下行趋势及不明朗因素，从而改善集团的流动资金及整体财务状况，而租回安排将令集团可继续占用该物业，而无须耗费精力及成本物色替代办公室物业以供集团搬迁及于租赁协议届满时将该物业恢复至交吉状态。此外，租回安排项下的每月租金将低于该物业按揭贷款的当前每月利息支出。于出售事项后，所得款项将用作支付未偿还按揭结余，因此可减轻相关的每月财务责任，继而可改善现金流、维持该物业的营运用途并提高财务灵活性。
