Trax, a leading provider of aviation maintenance and engineering software, has expanded its agreement with JetBlue Airways to incorporate an additional eMobility app and cloud hosting solution. This move aligns with JetBlue's modernization efforts to fully digitize its TechOps function. The integration of Trax's Planning Control app and transition to cloud hosting is expected to enhance aircraft planning and scheduling efficiencies, allowing the airline to better serve its customers. The agreement also positions JetBlue for future upgrades to other Trax solutions. The cloud hosting service will be supported by Trax's operations centers in Miami and Chennai, offering 24/7 monitoring and real-time support.
