智通财经APP获悉，花旗发布研报称，领展房产基金(00823)于7月22日宣布，行政总裁兼执行董事王国龙将于2026年6月底前退休。董事会将启动全面继任程序，王国龙将确保顺利交接。花旗认为，领展的系统化运作及团队决策机制能确保战略与营运的连续性。强化后的董事会结构、管治水平及更新后的高管薪酬与KPI考核制度，均有助维持执行力。当前6.2%的股息率下，花旗维持领展“买入”评级，目标价47.25港元。
花旗看好领展能把握香港零售情绪改善(北水趋稳、港元汇率偏弱、财富效应等)，凭借租务及成本优化实现优于同业的营运表现。此外，该行预期2025年下半年至2026年上半年，领展的基金管理业务有望取得突破，重启长期增长前景。虽然时间尚不确定，但纳入港股通亦属潜在催化剂。
