《明报》报道，内地椰子水饮品店Yee3(三号椰)于铜锣湾开设香港首间实体店，铺位位处轩尼诗道475至481号地下C铺，面积约700方呎，以月租13万元承租，呎租186元，较高峰租金33万低61%。
商铺由恒生银行(00011.HK) 已故创办人之一何添家族或相关人士持有，早于1966年以29万元购入；上手租客为服装店，由2022年起租用，月租约10.5万元，较现租价低24%。而六福珠宝(00590.HK) 早于1996年起租用上述商铺，最初月租约14.5万元，2011年高峰时曾以月租33万元租用，并于2016年底约满后离场，丢空逾年，获内地珠宝行老凤祥2018年起承租，当时租金约25万元，3年租期完满亦离场。(ss/a)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-07-22 16:25。)
