7月23日，据彭博社报道，拼多多转向香港审计机构之举，引发市场对其可能筹备香港上市的猜测。
周三，拼多多在声明中宣布，已聘请位于香港的安永会计师事务所负责审计其2024年财务报表，接替此前合作的北京安永华明会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）。
花旗集团分析师Alicia Yap指出，这一变更可能暗示拼多多计划在未来几个月申请香港上市。她表示：“如果成真，相信这将对该股构成正面催化剂。”
Hedgeye Risk Management分析师Felix Wang同样认为，拟赴港上市的公司通常需与当地审计机构合作以满足监管要求，阿里巴巴和京东此前寻求香港上市时便是如此。
“市场对拼多多的主要不满之一，在于其无意通过二次IPO扩大投资者基础，”他在报告中写道，“若其在香港上市的想法发生转变，无疑将提振投资者情绪。”
