位于内华达州的银矿探勘公司Sun Silver自2024年5月在澳大利亚证券交易所（ASX）上市以来，已启动第二次机构配售。

这家市值1.57亿澳元的矿业公司正在与主要承销商Canaccord Genuity合作，从投资者那里筹集2500万澳元。

新股的定价为每股92澳分，比最后的交易价格折让14.9%。

基金经理们被告知，Sun Silver将把募资用于钻探和测试工作，并追求美国国防部的关键矿物资金支持。其主要项目是位于内华达州的Maverick Springs项目，投资者被告知这是ASX上市公司中最大的生产前银矿床。

Sun Silver去年以每股20澳分在ASX上市，并于9月以每股80澳分募集1300万澳元，获得了美国投资公司Nokomis Capital的基石投资。

与此同时，位于ASX上市的American Rare Earths公司，也于周二早上启动了一项1500万澳元的资本募资。

这家市值2.05亿澳元的矿业公司由Bell Potter Securities和BMO Nesbitt Burns联合担任主承销商，以每股32澳分的价格发行新股，比最后的收盘价折让21%。

募资所得将用于推进Halleck Creek稀土项目，并为其Cowboy State矿区的钻探工作提供资金。
