韩国央行周三表示，受对政府补充预算和其他提振经济措施的乐观情绪推动，韩国7月份消费者信心升至四年来新高。

　　据韩国央行的调查显示，7月份综合消费者信心指数（CCSI）为110.8，比6月份上升了2.1点。

　　这是自2021年6月（111.1）以来的最高值，连续4个月呈现上升趋势。该指数上月达到108.7，创下四年来的新高。

　　去年12月，在前总统尹锡悦宣布戒严后，消费者信心指数一度跌至90点以下，在5月份攀升至100点以上之前一直保持在90点的范围内。

　　该指数高于100表明乐观主义者多于悲观主义者，而低于100则表明相反。

　　消费者信心的好转，主要归功于李在明新政府的“恢复增长动力和民间消费”政策。

　　本月早些时候，在国内需求低迷和外部不利因素的影响下，韩国国会和内阁批准了31.8万亿韩元（约合229.4亿美元）的追加预算。
