智通财经APP讯，REPUBLIC HC(08357)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月的净亏损将会较2024年同期取得约108.8万新加坡元的大幅增长。
股东应占净亏损增加乃主要由于以下各项的净影响：1. 集团取得收益下降，乃由于市场竞争加剧。新参与者的加入以及现有竞争对手的积极扩张使得竞争压力显著增加。当中许多参与者已推出加强的营销活动并引入新的服务项目，这分流了集团现有部分患者群。2. 关税变动及经济大环境的不确定性导致患者对价格更为敏感，进一步影响集团的收益。3. 医疗保健法规的近期修订增加了集团的合规成本及营运负担，导致整体财务表现下降。4.集团因美元及港元兑新加坡元(集团的功能货币)大幅贬值而产生汇兑亏损。集团的教育业务及于菲律宾的拓展业务亦取得较高经营成本。该等举措于上一年度尚未实施，目前正处于早期投资阶段，尚未产生可观的收益贡献。
