智通财经APP获悉，内房股延续近期涨势，截至发稿，碧桂园(02007)涨9.68%，报0.51港元；雅居乐集团(03383)涨7.37%，报0.51港元；世茂集团(00813)涨7.14%，报0.9港元；旭辉控股(00884)涨3.51%，报0.295港元；融创中国(01918)涨2.99%，报1.72港元。
消息面上，国家统计局近日公布1-6月房地产数据，1-6月全国商品房累计销售额/销售面积分别同比-5.5%/-3.5%，降幅继续走扩。6月单月，销售额为1.02万亿，同比-11.5%，降幅较5月扩大了4.4个百分点；房价方面，70城新房和二手房价格指数环比跌幅均扩大，其中一线城市房价指数自5月以来边际下行加速。
东方证券指出，6月份市场量价数据下行，再次印证房地产基本面已全面走弱，三季度出台托底政策预期提升。国金证券则指出，在二季度销售回落的背景下，结合止跌回稳目标及过去两年政策出台节奏，三季度是政策发力关键期，三季度的定调及方向有望直接影响整个下半年的楼市表现。近期业绩预报显示部分房企率先迎来业绩好转，或预示行业逐步进入盈利修复的阶段。
