第一阶段：建立持牌虚拟资产场外交易 (VAOTC) 及主经纪商业务；
第二阶段：打造 RWA 代币化及资产管理平台；
第三阶段：构建合规跨境数字资产基金生态。
德林控股正积极扩展现有香港证监会 1 号 (证券交易)、4 号 (就证券提供意见) 及 9 号 (资产管理) 牌照于虚拟资产范畴的业务覆盖范围，预期于 2025 年 10 月前完成监管审批流程。
