智通财经APP获悉，教育出版商及数字学习工具提供商麦格劳·希尔(McGraw Hill)将于美东时间周四在纽交所上市，以每股17美元的价格发行2440万股股票，募资4.15亿美元，该定价低于此前19至22美元的发行区间。按此价格计算，公司完全摊薄后的市值为33亿美元。
McGraw Hill是全球领先的教育信息解决方案提供商，业务覆盖从K12(从幼儿园到12年级)到高等教育领域，并涉足职业教育。公司每年为约6000万学习者和教育工作者提供服务，在美国K12市场稳居前两位，服务覆盖约99%的美国公立K12学区;同时在美国高等教育市场的数字及印刷学习解决方案领域同样位列前二，服务覆盖约82%的美国高等教育机构。
McGraw Hill股票代码为“MH”。高盛、蒙特利尔银行资本市场、摩根大通、麦格理资本、摩根士丹利、德意志银行及瑞银投资银行担任此次发行的联席账簿管理人。
