金吾财讯 | 山西证券表示，新能源汽车产业“反内卷”迎来密集政策部署，7月16日召开国务院常务会议，听取了规范新能源汽车产业竞争秩序情况的汇报，明确三大举措：加强成本调查和价格监测，强化产品生产一致性监督检查，督促重点车企落实好支付账期承诺。并强调着力健全规范竞争的长效机制。7月17日，中央第四指导组聚焦“综合整治新能源汽车行业非理性竞争问题”专项工作赴中国汽车工业协会开展下沉调研，并与北汽集团、比亚迪集团、中国汽车工业协会进行座谈交流。7月18日，工业和信息化部、国家发展改革委、市场监管总局联合召开新能源汽车行业座谈会，部署进一步规范新能源汽车产业竞争秩序工作。根据业内分析，主管部门正在协同推进综合整治新能源汽车产业的“内卷式”竞争，预计新能源汽车行业无序“价格战”问题将得到有效管控，行业竞争秩序将逐步走向良性化。根据中汽协预计，2025年新能源汽车销量将达到1600万辆，同比增长24.26%，产业仍将维持稳步增长趋势，叠加反内卷政策驱动，产业链各企业盈利能力有望显著改善，行业未来前景可期。
