智通财经APP获悉，全球领先的消费品及服务市场研究机构尼尔森IQ(NIQ Global Intelligence，NIQ.US)宣布通过发行 5000 万股股票，每股定价 21 美元(发行价在 20 美元至 24 美元的区间内)，共筹集了 11 亿美元资金。周三该股在美股上市，当日大跌9.48%。
NielsenIQ是全球领先的消费者情报公司，其全面且集成的生态系统——“NIQ生态系统”(The NIQ Ecosystem)融合了专有数据、顶尖技术、人力智慧，以及先进的软件应用与分析解决方案。公司依托统一的人工智能/机器学习驱动技术平台，整合全球消费者购物数据生成参考数据及元数据，为用户提供覆盖全球、全渠道的消费者购物行为洞察。
截至2024年12月31日，NielsenIQ的业务覆盖全球90多个国家，涵盖约85%的世界人口、超半数全球GDP，以及超过7.2万亿美元的全球消费支出。
NielsenIQ的历史可追溯至1923年，截至2025年3月31日的12个月内，公司营收达40亿美元。该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“NIQ”。
