智通财经APP获悉，医药股多数走强，截至发稿，康希诺生物(06185)涨7.89%，报42.4港元；云顶新耀(01952)涨7.43%，报75.95港元；药明合联(02268)涨7.08%，报57.45港元；基石药业-B(02616)涨6.79%，报7.39港元；康方生物(09926)涨6.21%，报152.3港元。
消息面上，在今日举行的国新办新闻发布会上，国家医疗保障局副局长施子海在回应记者提问时表示，近期第十一批集采工作已经启动，国家医保局研究优化具体规则，在中选规则方面，优化价差的计算“锚点”，不再简单的以最低报价作为参考，同时，对于报价最低的中选企业，要公开说明报价的合理性，并承诺不低于成本报价。
中信建投证券表示，看好具有严格质量体系、具有规模成本优势、获得临床认可和广泛使用的产品在集采中维持甚至扩大市场份额。光大证券指出，港股医药板块估值收缩已持续数年，部分优质企业PE估值在反弹后仍具吸引力。考虑到部分创新药公司BD交易持续催化、细分赛道及正处于转型阶段的公司或有积极变化，该行认为应当积极关注板块高质量标的、增加板块配置。
