St Barbara (ASX:SBM) said it will evaluate a potential divestment of its Atlantic Operations in Nova Scotia against other separation options during the first quarter of next year, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has also decide to reduce the total non-cash carrying value of the assets by about AU$37.8 million, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Thursday trade.
