PWR Holdings (ASX:PWH) said its founder and managing director, Kees Weel, is expected to move into the role of non-executive chairman, after the conclusion of its annual general meeting on Oct. 17, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Weel has been on medical leave since April and is making a phased return to the business, sharing executive responsibilities with the firm's acting Chief Executive, Matthew Bryson.
The firm's chairman, Roland Dane, decided not to seek re-election to the board.
