智通财经APP获悉，协鑫科技(03800)午后涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.5%，报1.29港元，成交额11.73亿港元。
消息面上，协鑫科技此前公告，与太保资管香港订立一份战略合作谅解备忘录。该公司将与太保资管香港建立战略合作伙伴关系，共同探索并研发真实世界资产(RWA)的代币化解决方案，并推动采纳合规数字资产产品与服务，包括稳定币应用开发及去中心化金融整合等。
东吴证券指出，RWA与虚拟电厂、电力交易、碳交易的融合将创造重要产业链机会，有望重塑传统能源资产的投融资模式。此举对能源领域的影响可能超出预期。东吴证券认为，随着“碳中和”进程加速，电力的绿色价值逐渐凸显，能源资产代币化将显著提升投资吸引力，同时降低清洁能源投资门槛。
