智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)再涨超8%，截至发稿，涨7.63%，报27.5港元，成交额5803.64万港元。
消息面上，狮腾控股宣布，旗下东南亚AI数码商贸平台Synagie与中国邮政香港达成战略合作，将共同打造AI驱动的数码商贸平台与贸易生态系统，合作将聚焦中国品牌国际化、全球物流整合、跨境电商渠道赋能，以及AI与大数据驱动商业智能应用四大领域。双方将携手促进中国大陆、中国香港与东南亚之间的双边贸易，应对区域供应链分散、履约成本高昂及消费者偏好多样化等挑战。
值得注意的是，狮腾控股6月27日公布，以先旧后新方式配售923.95万股，占扩大后股本约2.04%，每股作价15.8港元，较6月26日收盘价19.74港元折让约19.96%，所得款项净额约1.12亿港元，拟用于加快扩充业务；合并及收购、合营企业以及战略投资及联盟，尤其是集中于人工智能、大数据及科技行业的目标或项目；其他一般企业用途。
