百事可乐宣布,将于今年秋季推出益生菌可乐新品,瞄准注重健康的消费者市场。美国汽水消费量过去20年大幅下滑,但主打肠道健康的机能性汽水近5年异军突起。以Poppi和Olipop为代表的新兴品牌成功打动重视健康的消费者,市场快速成长。百事4个月前才正式以19.5亿美元完成收购新创品牌Poppi。百事此次宣布拟推出的百事益生菌可乐含3克益生质纤维,比Poppi多1克,但仅有Olipop的三分之一。该产品使用5克蔗糖,不同于美国版经典百事可乐的玉米糖浆。
