消息面上，《海南自由贸易港跨境资产管理试点业务实施细则》发布，支持境外投资者投资海南自贸港内金融机构发行的理财产品、证券基金期货经营机构私募资产管理产品、公开募集证券投资基金、保险资产管理产品。华创证券此前指出，公司为自贸港核心枢纽，长期发展空间广阔。中长期来看，随着海南自贸港建设持续推进，离岛免税红利继续释放，公司未来成长发展空间广阔。
另据海南国资消息，7月17日，海口美兰国际机场，随着暑期运输的到来，机场的客流量明显增加。数据显示，今年上半年，岛内三大机场完成航班起降16.9万架次，旅客吞吐量2629万人次，货邮吞吐量18.8万吨。“按照海南控股党委要求，在封关运作项目启动初期，海南机场即组建专班，抽调以美兰机场为主的岛内三大机场青年骨干力量，以‘党建引领+业务融合’为抓手，将封关运作项目列为‘揭榜挂帅’头号工程，高质量、高标准推进。”海南控股党委副书记，海南机场集团党委书记、董事长肖发宣说。
