蓝鲸科技记者获悉，上周五晚，即7月18日晚，淘宝闪购内部决策，淘宝闪购的冲单目标和补贴规模维持不变，短期稳定在8000万单以上，同时筹划于8月8日冲击峰值1亿单。一位接近阿里人士透露，内部讨论认为，外卖补贴是集团战略，仍需要集中力量做好。但考虑风险，补贴需要有新产品，尤其控制“零元免费单”的规模。 另于上述讨论会上，淘宝也确定将采取“周期性补贴”策略，即“一周冲订单，一周调结构”，上述阿里人士还表示，这一策略可以避免外部过度关注，也可以留下时间来优化供给。另据了解，从7月19日开始，淘宝闪购及饿了么上线了“1分钱奶茶”的广告，并在部分区域开始测试“1分钱自提”产品。（蓝鲸新闻 陈业）
