7月21日，非凡领越盘中涨超16%， 公司进一步增持李宁股份。
消息面上，非凡领越今年6月公布，2025年1月至6月19日期间，于公开市场收购李宁合共1,809.25万股，总代价2.75亿港元。公司近期再次公布，于6月20日至7月16日期间，进一步收购合共2875.7万股李宁股份，总代价约4.55亿元。完成收购事项后，非凡领越持有李宁股本增至约12.34%。非凡领越表示，在考虑到李宁股份的市价及其合理性，认为此收购事项乃合适的投资，同时此举亦可加强集团之回报。
此外，非凡领越近期发布重大人事任命，宣布聘任快时尚领域资深经理人Victor Herrero担任公司联席行政总裁及旗下核心品牌Clarks的署理行政总裁。据悉，Herrero此前曾担任Zara大中华区总裁及Guess全球CEO，具备丰富的供应链管理和品牌运营经验。值得注意的是，Herrero曾在2020年推动莱恩资本收购Clarks，并协助非凡领越完成对Clarks控制权的收购。
