港股异动 | 锂业股集体走高，天齐赣锋涨超5%！政策趋严促资源合规审查收紧
7月22日，锂业股盘中走高，天齐锂业、赣锋锂业均涨超5%。消息面上，7月17日，藏格矿业旗下全资子公司藏格锂业被要求停产，《通知》要求相关企业完善资源合法手续后向相关部门申请审批方可复产。此外，宜春市突发锂矿审批合规事件，涉事矿上8座，目前暂未停产。监管部门要求相关企业在9月30日前重新提交相关手续。
格林大华期货指出，本次藏格停产对全年碳酸锂产量影响较小。鉴于国家对锂资源及提锂技术战略重要性的提高，以及反内卷会议精神的落实，目前政府部门将对锂资源开发手续及流程将严加监管。肯海及西藏盐湖提锂导致卤水水位下降，出于环保考虑未来盐湖新增产能或将受到限制；另一方面，政府方面可通过延长项目审批时长、收紧项目审批标准等方式控制产能无序增加。
