IT之家 7 月 22 日消息，三星公司昨日（7 月 21 日）发布公告，宣布其 Galaxy Z Fold7 折叠手机成功通过 50 万次折叠耐久性测试。
本次测试由全球检验和认证公司 Bureau Veritas 独立验证，结果显示面板在折叠 50 万次后仍完全功能正常，而三星此前折叠手机耐用性测试为 20 万次。
按照常规用户平均每天折叠 100 次计算，意味着 10 年之后，Galaxy Z Fold7 依然能正常折叠；即便是按照重度用户每天折叠 200 次计算，也能正常使用 6 年以上时间。
IT之家援引博文介绍，推动 Galaxy Z Fold7 改进折叠耐用性的关键，在于模仿防弹玻璃原理，巧妙设计了面板架构。
三星表示就像防弹玻璃通过多层吸收和分散冲击力，三星显示公司也设计出了具有类似能力的可折叠面板，让最外层的超薄玻璃（UTG）增厚了 50%，并在面板层之间引入了一种新型高弹性粘合剂。
这种粘合剂的恢复性能是之前材料的四倍以上，使面板能够显著吸收外部冲击。此外，新的平整结构进一步分散冲击力，采用轻质钛支撑板也起到了帮助作用。
