据蓝鲸,7月18日晚,淘宝闪购内部决策,淘宝闪购的冲单目标和补贴规模维持不变,短期稳定在8000万单以上,同时筹划于8月8日冲击峰值1亿单。一位接近阿里人士透露,内部讨论认为,外卖补贴是集团战略,仍需要集中力量做好。但考虑风险,补贴需要有新产品,尤其控制“零元免费单”的规模。 另于上述讨论会上,淘宝也确定将采取“周期性补贴”策略,即“一周冲订单,一周调结构”,上述阿里人士还表示,这一策略可以避免外部过度关注,也可以留下时间来优化供给。另据了解,从7月19日开始,淘宝闪购及饿了么上线了“1分钱奶茶”的广告,并在部分区域开始测试“1分钱自提”产品。
