近日，塞浦路斯政府宣布与联想集团(00992)及当地合作伙伴 Newcytech 达成战略协议。根据协议，联想将为塞浦路斯公共部门供应 ThinkSystem 服务器，支撑未来两年的技术需求并可延长一年，Newcytech 将提供本地化实施支持。
此次合作聚焦公共部门数字基建升级，不仅提供可定制的服务器系统，还涵盖操作系统供应及全周期技术支持。联想 ThinkSystem 服务器融合 AI 技术，支持大规模应用与云端协同，能满足数据分析、自动化等多元需求。联想希腊及塞浦路斯总经理表示，这是强化当地公共部门数字化能力的关键一步，其解决方案兼具算力与安全弹性。
在国内，联想集团以混合 AI 技术为核心布局城市超级智能体，引领智慧城市 4.0 发展。该架构通过 “1×N 智能体” 模式，以城市级智能中枢联动各领域智能体，实现治理与服务智能化。
目前，城市超级智能体已在多地落地。武夷山通过行业大模型打通文旅数据链，实现精准服务；宜昌整合全域数据推动城市精细化运营；呼和浩特则将借助 “智能中枢 + 绿色算力” 模式，开发教育、农业等专属智能体。这些实践均依托联想混合AI技术，在提升城市效率的同时保障数据安全。
