港股市场创新药概念股继续活跃，其中，乐普生物-B(2157.HK)盘中一度拉升涨15%报8.49港元，截至目前成交近6亿港元。 乐普生物此前发布公告称，将5426.84万股未上市股份转换为H股已于2025年7月21日完成，且转换H股已于2025年7月22日开始在联交所上市。 太平洋证券此前指出，MRG003是乐普生物研发的EGFR靶向ADC，鼻咽癌适应症NDA已获CDE的正式受理，并纳入优先审评，有望在2025年底或者2026年初获批，成为国内首款商业化的EGFR ADC。MRG003同步在美国开展临床试验，并获FDA授予BTD。 另据天风证券，乐普生物多款ADC在临床阶段，包括MRG004A、MRG006A、MRG007等。MRG004A（TF ADC） 用于治疗胰腺癌获得FDA授予FTD/ODD，正在开展Ib期的扩组，进行剂量优化。MRG006A（GPC3 ADC具有FIC潜力，正在积极进行I期探索，美国IND已获批。MRG007，针对消化道癌的潜在同类最佳 ADC，已完成海外权益授出。
