Ondo Finance由前高盛员工Nathan Allman和Pinku Suran于2021年创立的金融协议，专注现实资产代币化。目前，Ondo Finance已经针对美国国债推出国债代币USDY，并部署至Solana（SOL）、Sei（SEI）、Stellar（XLM）等多条公链。
没有局限国债，Ondo Finance正在把业务拓展至股票领域。据悉，Ondo Finance已经收购受SEC监管的经纪商 Oasis Pro，正在开发美股平台Ondo Global Markets，预计今年夏天推出，预计将上链100多种美股，年底将增加至数千种。
