中国抗体制药主要从事医药产品的研发。所得款项中，约 3.7 亿港元将用于 SM 03 临床试验及新临床研发项目、新候选药物临床前研究及用作集团营运资金等一般企业用途。本次发行根据股东大会授予的一般授权实施，预计待相关条件达成后于条件达成日期后第五个营业日完成。
