Liwanli Innovation (TPE:3054) acquired 1.1 million shares in data storage collectors company IROC for NT$24.9 million, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Shares dropped over 3% in recent trade on Monday.
The shares were purchased at NT$22.60 each from related parties of the company.
The acquisition raised Liwanli's total stake in IROC to about 2.9 million shares, or 7.34% of the company.
