智通财经APP讯，滨海投资(02886)发布公告，公司全资附属公司天津泰达滨海清洁能源集团有限公司已经获得中国农业银行股份有限公司(中国农业银行)提供的共计两亿元人民币中期流动贷款(本次贷款)，利率明显低于一年期贷款市场报价利率(LPR)，较集团其他同类型贷款存在较大优势。公司全资附属公司滨海投资(天津)有限公司对本次贷款提供连带责任的保证担保。
公司认为，本次贷款的贷款成本与期限对集团的财务运作极具优势，亦是集团与中国农业银行未来长期合作的良好开端。随着集团融资优化方案的逐步稳健实施，集团将进一步开辟多元化的融资渠道、持续优化债务结构，并对存量贷款利率作精确有效的管控，从而持续精细化集团财务管理，降低综合融资成本，夯实集团可持续发展的财务根基。
