Odaily星球日报讯 商用阶段数字健康企业 Profusa（纳斯达克代码：PFSA）今日宣布与 Ascent Partners Fund LLC（简称“Ascent”）达成证券购买协议（股权信贷协议），将通过发行普通股融资最高 1 亿美元，并将净收益全额用于购买比特币（可用于债务偿还），前提是公司执行股权出售时的现金余额高于 500 万美元。根据协议条款，Profusa 有权向 Ascent 出售普通股，每股价格为每次出售后 5 个交易日内最低成交量加权平均价（VWAP）的 97%。单次出售上限为 500 万美元或出售日前 5 个交易日平均日交易量的 100%（以较低者为准）。若公司现金余额低于 500 万美元，净收益将优先补足该金额，剩余资金用于配置比特币作为核心储备资产。（商业内幕）
