基建板块午后集体爆发。
午后A股走强，沪指、深证成指均扩大涨幅。
券商等大金融股盘中异动拉升，湘财股份一度冲击涨停，银之杰涨超5%，中信建投、东方财富、汇金股份（维权）、赢时胜、东方证券、中金公司等跟涨。
中字头个股集体拉升，中国交建午后直线封于涨停，中铁装配涨超14%，中国能建、中钨高新、中国电建、中钢天源均涨停，中国神华盘中涨超5%。
煤炭板块拉升，截至发稿，潞安环能涨停，晋控煤业、淮北矿业、平煤股份等跟涨。
消息面上，焦煤期货主力合约日内触及涨停，报1048.5元/吨，涨幅7.98%。多晶硅期货主力合约日内触及涨停，报49105元/吨，涨幅7.99%。
白酒股震荡拉升，截至发稿，泸州老窖、山西汾酒涨超4%，今世缘、古井贡酒、五粮液、水井坊等跟涨。
消息面上，人力资源社会保障部二季度新闻发布会上介绍，下一步，持续推动扩大基本养老保险基金委托投资规模。研究进一步规范基本养老保险基金投资运营信息报告和信息披露制度。
