智通财经APP获悉，阜丰集团(00546)盈喜高开逾10%，截至发稿，涨10.52%，报7.88港元，成交额317.56万港元。
消息面上，7月21日，阜丰集团发布公告，预期集团2025年中期的净溢利较截至2024年6月30日止六个月的净溢利约10.4亿元人民币可能取得约7亿元人民币的升幅。公告称，有关净溢利预期升幅主要由于：集团若干主要产品的销量增加及主要原材料成本下降，导致集团毛利增加，进而令集团的净溢利增加；及2025年3月由新疆梅花和梅花生物获得的2.33亿元赔偿金。
中金指出，阜丰集团1H25预期净利润相较去年同期增加7 亿元至17.4亿元左右，同比增幅63%，超出市场预期。1H25受下游需求疲软以及欧盟加征赖氨酸反倾销税影响，据卓创资讯，公司主要产品味精、苏氨酸、98%赖氨酸价格分别同比变动-11%/+1%/-9%至7,156/10,479/9,081元/吨。据公告，公司将尽快确定两个海外生产基地的位置并开始兴建，并将进一步发展越南、美国和荷兰三个海外区域销售办事处。该行认为在部分氨基酸品种面临海外反倾销的情况下，国际化布局或将进一步提升公司全球竞争力。
