Draganfly (DPRO) said late Monday it closed a registered direct offering of nearly 4.7 million units at $5.35 apiece for gross proceeds of $25 million.
Each unit consists of one common share and a purchase warrant to buy a common share at an exercise price of $5.35 per share, according to a statement.
The company said it plans to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
Shares eased 0.3% during after-hours trading.
