高盛最近聘请了阿波罗全球管理公司（Apollo Global Management）的总监，加入其房地产团队。

塞缪尔·格林（Samuel Green）将重新回到高盛，担任总经理，基地设在悉尼，此前他曾在高盛的投资团队工作。自2017年离开高盛后，格林先后在麦格理集团（Macquarie）从事私募股权和信贷工作，并在阿波罗工作。他还曾担任阿波罗投资组合公司MaxCap Group的董事会成员。

高盛在内部备忘录中表示，格林将“领导其澳大利亚股权和信贷平台的战略方向和增长，并深化在该地区的客户关系。”

这一人事变动发生之际，新加坡的凯德集团（CapitaLand）签约高盛房地产股权和债务部门负责人胡安·马纳斯（Juan Manas），以推动其进入私人信贷领域。

自2021年以来，高盛替代投资团队（Goldman Alternatives）已在澳大利亚投资超过140亿澳元，并在多个房地产交易中活跃，包括收购位于阿德莱德、布里斯班、珀斯和墨尔本的七处末端物流物业。

此外，高盛还关闭了一项建设融资，为南墨尔本市区的40层住宅塔楼提供资金，并与清洁能源融资公司（The Clean Energy Finance Corporation）共同投资1.6亿澳元，为澳大利亚低碳住宅和办公项目提供建设债务。
