澳洲九号台7月20日报道，昨晚，阿德莱德市中心一栋高层公寓发生“人为”水灾， 有人恶意放水导致大量积水涌入多个楼层，居民被迫紧急疏散。

事件发生于联邦法院大楼附近的Penny Place公寓大楼，周六晚间9点前不久，相关 部门接到报案称有大量积水渗透楼层，随即紧急赶往现场处理。

经查，水源来自大楼第24层，多处消防栓被人打开，导致大量水流倾泻而下，使得 大楼“广泛受灾”。

这起事件共造成约152名居民被迫紧急撤离，至少在接下来几天内无法返回公寓。

一位名叫Jay的住户在接受9News采访时表示，他只能暂时住进附近的酒店，不得不 把心爱的猫咪留在家中。

Jay说到：“她当时特别害怕，一直躲在沙发底下。”

警方表示，消防员抵达现场时发现多处消防栓被人刻意打开，导致发生内涝，水流 一直蔓延至地下车库。

警方指出：“我们已将此事件定性为蓄意破坏行为。”

目前，大都会消防局在州紧急服务机构（SES）的协助下，已展开清理工作。

警方 也已启动调查，正全力追查肇事者。
