Broadcasting firm Asia Television (HKG:0707) named Lu Zhiqiang as its chairman and an executive director effective Thursday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Lu is currently an independent non-executive director of Leoch International Technology (HKG:0842), and was previously a non-executive director of Asia Television from December 2023 to June 2024.
