1227 ET - The inventory of homes for sale across New York state rose to 30,254 units in June, the highest point in nearly three years, according to the New York State Association of Realtors. New home listings rose 5.9% from a year ago to 14,985 homes in June. Pending sales were also up, reaching 10,642 homes, up from 10,327 sales in June 2024, the Association says. At the same time, home prices continued to climb, heading upward for the 23rd third straight month, according to the group. The median sales price of a home in June was $448,115, up from $440,000 in June 2024, the Realtors say.(stephen.nakrosis@wsj.com)
