青海检察机关依法对陈磊涉嫌受贿、行贿案提起公诉

　　日前，招商银行重庆分行原党委书记、行长陈磊涉嫌受贿罪、行贿罪一案，由青海省海东市监察委员会调查终结，移送检察机关审查起诉。经最高人民检察院指定管辖，由青海省海东市人民检察院依法向海东市中级人民法院提起公诉。案件正在进一步办理中。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人陈磊享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人，听取了辩护人的意见。海东市人民检察院起诉指控：被告人陈磊利用担任招商银行南昌分行行长助理、招商银行南昌分行行长、重庆分行行长等职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大；为谋取不正当利益，给予其他国家工作人员财物，依法应当以受贿罪、行贿罪追究其刑事责任。
