金吾财讯 | 石油股普升，延长石油国际(00346)涨7.50%，中国石油化工股份(00386)涨4.38%，上海石油化工股份(00338)涨3.10%，中国石油股份(00857)涨2.91%，中海油田服务(02883)涨1.46%，昆仑能源(00135)涨1.56%，中国海洋石油(00883)涨0.76%。高盛发表报告，指布兰特期油价格在过去三个月上涨超过10%。该行将2025年下半年布兰特油价预测上调5美元至每桶66美元，并维持因供应过剩导致的预测，即布兰特/西德州中质油(WTI)将于2026年平均跌至每桶56美元/52美元。虽然全球库存如高盛预期上升，且高盛维持2025年日均100万桶的供应过剩预测，但经合组织库存(短期对价格影响大于全球库存)低于预期，主要因非经合组织国家及海上库存增加。其次，由于闲置产能减少速度快于预期及全球GDP展望更稳固，该行将三年期布兰特油价的公允价值估计上调3美元至每桶68美元。该行亦将2025年下半年WTI预测上调至63美元(此前为57美元)。民生证券表示，OPEC+按计划增产，消费旺季影响下油价维持震荡。据OPEC最新数据，25年6月DOC产量环比增长45.8万桶/日，略高于其41.1万桶/日的增产计划，其中，沙特阿拉伯、阿联酋、哈萨克斯坦增产幅度最大，分别提产了17.3、8.3、5.1万桶/日，然而，沙特和阿联酋的实际产量基本在产量配额附近，哈萨克斯坦的产量即使不考虑其补偿减产的额度也依然超产了33.5万桶/日。因此，目前来看OPEC+的增产势头较强，考虑到当前处于消费旺季，该机构预计油价短期或依然维持坚挺。
