* 花旗在报告中表示，东方电气H股今日股价上涨，主要得益于中国将在西藏建设雅鲁藏布江水电项目。该项目的总投资额约为1.2万亿元人民币，是三峡工程投资额的五倍。该公司在西藏林芝设有一个高原抗泥沙磨损水电机组的生产研发基地，能够针对雅鲁藏布江的高落差水文环境，开发定制化的专用设备。
