Fantasia Holdings (HKG:1777) said it has extended the long stop date for its restructuring support agreement, originally signed April 29, 2024, to July 25, according to a July 18 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the company gained about 3% in Monday morning trade.
The company and its advisers will continue talks with stakeholders on the proposed offshore debt restructuring, according to a Hong Kong stock exchange filing.
