Firetail Resources (ASX:FTL) started field-based exploration at the Excelsior Springs project in Nevada, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The program aims to refine drill-hole locations for an initial diamond program to begin in August and evaluate the scale potential of untested targets, the filing said.
A total of six priority target areas have been defined for the initial phase of exploration, according to the filing.
