智通财经APP获悉，企业服务提供商卓远(Acco Group Holdings)上周五向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请。这家总部位于中国香港的公司计划以每股4至6美元的价格发行140万股股票，筹资700万美元。按照拟议发行价区间的中间值计算，卓远的完全稀释市值为6950万美元。
该公司通过其运营子公司在香港提供企业秘书服务和会计服务，并在新加坡提供知识产权(IP)注册服务。截至2024年12月31日的六个月期间，其大部分营收来自企业秘书服务。截至2024年底，卓远在香港拥有2902位活跃客户，在新加坡拥有210位活跃客户。
卓远成立于2009年，计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“ACCL”。该公司于2024年12月5日秘密提交了申请。Revere Securities是此次交易的独家承销商。
