智通财经APP讯，优必选(09880)公布，于2025年7月22日(联交所交易时段前)，该公司与配售代理订立配售协议，该公司拟透过配售代理配售30,155,450股新H股，配售价为每股H股82.00港元，较于2025年7月21日在联交所所报收市价每股H股90.25港元折让约9.14%。
配售事项净筹约24.1亿港元，拟用于集团的业务运营及发展(其中包括营运资金、一般公司用途、境内外投资、及项目建设装修)以及偿还集团公司相关金融机构授信业务项下的款项(包括本金及其应计利息)。
