消息面上，微创医疗(00853)此前宣布，正考虑一项关于其CRM业务的策略性重组建议，可能将其微创心律(CRM业务)与微创心通的结构性心脏病业务合并。两项业务合并后，将形成一个强大的心脏病产品平台，提供从CRM的起搏器、除颤器到结构性心脏病的TAVI、LAA等全面的产品组合。
值得注意的是，2021年7月，微创医疗为微创心律引入高瓴投资等机构，但约定若微创心律未能在2025年7月17日前上市，且上市后的市值未达到15亿美元、募资少于1.5亿美元，则高瓴投资等机构有权要求微创心律赎回股份。分析人士指出，微创医疗当前是在试图借微创系自身的壳，来降低曾经的对赌赎回风险。
