林立获批民生银行董事任职资格
【环球网财经综合报道】近日，民生银行发布公告，于7月17日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于林立民生银行董事任职资格的批复》，国家金融监督管理总局已核准林立担任该行董事的任职资格。自任职资格核准之日起，林立就任该行第九届董事会董事，并担任董事会战略发展与消费者权益保护委员会委员。
值得注意的是，6月30日，港交所披露易显示，香港立业集团以每股均价约2.624港元的价格，通过场外交易合计买入民生银行H股约1.99亿股，总耗资约5.23亿港元，占民生银行H股比例为 2.4%，占该行总股本比例为0.455%。公开资料显示，香港立业集团是深圳立业集团100%持股的下属子公司。
此番增持后，深圳立业集团及其一致行动人合计持有民生银行21.66亿股，占该行总股本比例一举跃升至4.945%，跻身民生银行第四大股东。（闻辉）
